JLA offers telephone support contracts for when you just want to pick up the phone and speak to someone about the problem you have. If you are not ready for a managed IT support contract yet? Why not try our ad-hoc service. In effect, you pay as you go. Simply call and provide your details, and our next available support technician will assist with your problem.

JLA Telephone Support is designed for customers that have a limited budget to support their IT system. It is a more reactive approach to IT problems rather than the preemptive solution of our other Support options.

JLA Telephone Support offers support if and when you most need it. Our charges are by the minute, with a minimum of ten minutes per incident so you really do only pay for what you use

Pay-as-you-go is typically the initial choice for new customers as they want to gain confidence with JLA Computer Services. The immediate benefits are:

  1. No minimum contract obligation.
  2. You only pay if and when you need it.
  3. You can upgrade at any time to the Monthly Support contract.

Remote Support

Full OnSite Support

Our Full Onsite Support package is the complete package for your business. It comes complete with Unlimited Telephone and Remote Support along with the piece of mind that you can have Priority Onsite callouts if the issue is not resolvable by any other means.

JLA will also monitor your network using the latest technology and software so that we can detect issues before they arise. This ensures that your network is not disrupted by troublesome problems as we schedule in a convenient time to resolve the issue
