Workshop Repair Charges
1. Take the common cost of every repair bill which is the bench time or labour charge.
On top of that you add
2. The cost of any parts needed during the repair.
Our Repair Bench Rate
Unlike some computer repair companies who charge you by the hour or half hour, we bill in Quarter Hour intervals which saves you money.
Our minimum workshop charge is £ 50.00.
Additional Quarter Hours are billed at the fixed rate of £12.50
Part Costs
The cost of parts will vary depending on what needs to be fixed. Although we carry a huge range of computer parts, there may be times when something needs to be replaced that we don't carry in stock. Once we have secured a supply we will tell you and get your authorisation to proceed.

How Long Will A Repair Take?
It's difficult to be specific about how long it will take to fix your computer without seeing it. Having said that, there are certain physical repairs or upgrades that we guarantee will take no longer than a set time. For example replacing a DVD writer or installing windows.
Where we can not be specific about labour costs includes things such as installing programs and moving or recovering data.
Collection and Delivery
If you are unable to bring your computer to us to be fixed we can come to you. Callout costs are in addition to workshop bench rates. We are also able to arrange a courier service again as an extra.

It is also worth mentioning Rule C. We shall not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed should delays arise and offer progress updates.
